About us and the role:
We are a small but mighty real estate team based in Portland, Oregon. This role offers the chance to develop valuable skills and earn more as you succeed. This role involves reaching out to homeowners and real estate investors to start conversations about the potential sale of their properties. Your main tasks will include cold calling, building rapport, understanding their specific needs, and gauging their interest in selling. By doing so, you’ll help establish strong connections and set the stage for future discussions and business opportunities within the real estate market.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong conversational English: You must be able to communicate clearly and build rapport with homeowners and investors.

Availability: We need you to be available to work between 2pm - 6pm PST.

Part-Time to Start: Initially, this role is part-time (4 hours/day), with the potential to grow as you meet goals.

No Real Estate Experience Needed: We will provide training — we just need your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Personality: A kind, fun person who fits in with our team and enjoys talking to strangers.

Tech Requirements: A reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) and a quiet work environment. If there is any background noise, noise-canceling headphones will be required. Experience using WhatApp and FollowUpBoss is a plus but not required.

Compensation: Compensation is paid out weekly through Wise. Hourly rates start at $4/hr. Bonuses are where the money is made. Hourly rates will go up as your goals are met. I am looking for someone who's excited to go to work every day, a goal-driven person, who is willing to put in the work and wants to grow personally and professionally.
