The Opportunity:

The mission of Splash N Color's 3D Printing Product Research & Amazon Listing Manager is to own the entire front half of our product life cycle: Find ? Validate ? Launch ? Optimize—with AI baked into every step. Using our FEP research framework plus your favorite LLMs and data-mining scripts, you’ll surface high-potential SKUs each week. Then you’ll create fully optimized Amazon detail pages (via flatfiles or bulk sheets), keep inventory on target, and report performance back to the team.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your success. Meeting targets and delivering on promises is a non-negotiable.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value Flexibility and Freedom.

Responsibilities:

Product Discovery
- Combine marketplace scraping tools and AI-driven demand forecasting to uncover 3DP product gaps
- Vet trademarks & commercial-use licenses
- Present weekly Go / No-Go decks with data-backed picks

Listing Creation & SEO
- Build parent/child variations via flatfiles
- Draft persuasive titles, bullets, A+ copy, and imagery briefs—accelerated by GPT-based copy templates
- Drive keyword research stacks (Helium 10, SellerBoard ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Inventory & Account Health
- Maintain 45 days FBA cover through AI-generated dashboards
- Auto-flag stranded, suppressed, or KPI-dragging listings
- Coordinate with print & fulfillment teams on restock schedules

Automation & Admin
- Inject AI/LLMs wherever they slash turnaround time
- Continuously refine our research + listing SOPs
Assist others as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven analytical chops—you trust numbers first, hunches second
- Fluent in Google Sheets/Excel, CSV flatfile uploads, and variation logic
- Clear, persuasive English writing (marketing tone + technical accuracy)
- Hands-on experience with generative-AI tools for research, copywriting, or data cleanup

Bonus: Amazon PPC setup/analysis, basic photo editing, or 3DP hobbyist/engineering background, Photography capabilities

Compensation: Php 40,000.00-65,000/month
