About the Role
EJV is a venture studio building lean, revenue-generating businesses using offshore teams and automation. Our current focus includes PAM — a recruiting business focused on placing property management professionals earning under $100K.
We’re looking for a Product and Operations Lead to manage recruiting pipelines, oversee offshore staff, maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure smooth client and candidate experiences.
This person is the central operator for our early-stage businesses and will grow into a General Manager role as we scale.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for PAM (from job order to placement)
• Assign tasks to sourcers, screeners, and closers — and ensure weekly KPIs are met
• Review candidate profiles before submission to employers
• Monitor and improve process flow using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable
• Coordinate with the Technical Systems Integrator to make sure dashboards are working
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of communication and delivery
• Report weekly to EJV leadership with KPIs, friction points, and wins
• Help launch operational playbooks for new business ideas coming from the venture studio

• A natural problem-solver who wants to improve systems, not just follow them
• Experienced with reporting and creating structured updates
• Excited by fast-moving startup work, even if things are messy at first
• Ideally has experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or service delivery operations
Career Path
• 0–3 months: You run PAM like a well-oiled machine with minimal oversight
• 3–6 months: You help test and scale a second venture alongside PAM
• 6–12 months: You grow into a General Manager across the venture studio
