Job Title: GoHighLevel + CRM Tech Assistant (Marketing VA)

Salary: $400–$600/month (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Flexible but must overlap at least 2 hours with EST business hours

???? Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented tech VA who understands how to implement and manage systems inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and help manage lead flow, automations, reporting, and CRM hygiene. If you’re organized, responsive, and have worked inside funnels, GHL workflows, and tag logic — we want to meet you.

???? Responsibilities:
Manage GoHighLevel automations, workflows, tags, triggers, and campaigns

QA lead flow to ensure leads are being called/texted/assigned properly

Pull weekly reports on lead performance

Support ad team with landing page edits, tracking links, and CRM setup

Clean and upload lead lists, track statuses, assign users

Set up basic Zapier and Google Sheet automations if needed

? Requirements:
Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs (ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, etc.)

Comfortable with tech platforms, automations, and logic

Solid English and strong communication

Attention to detail — you will be the “gatekeeper” of the system

Bonus: Knows Zapier, Google Sheets, Meta Ads backend

$400–$600/month depending on experience
