Webflow GSAP Developer

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer with a strong focus on animations and motion design to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for translating high-fidelity designs into fully responsive, interactive, and visually stunning Webflow websites. Your work will go beyond static builds — we want smooth transitions, engaging interactions, and creative storytelling through movement.

Key Responsibilities
• Build fully responsive websites using Webflow, implementing designs provided in Figma or similar tools.
• Create advanced animations and micro-interactions using Webflow’s native tools and custom code when needed.
• Utilize GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) for advanced motion effects and seamless transitions (a plus).
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to bring static designs to life.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow sites as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience building websites in Webflow.
• Portfolio showcasing animation-rich websites, with examples of scroll-based, hover, and page-load interactions.
• Deep understanding of Webflow’s interactions panel, CMS, and responsive layout system.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of GSAP or willingness to learn and implement it for complex animations.
• A good eye for UI/UX and motion design best practices.

• Experience with Lottie animations and SVG integration.
• Familiarity with tools like Finsweet’s libraries, Jetboost, or custom JavaScript integration in Webflow.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques.
