AI-Powered Marketing VA - Real Estate / PI Lawyer

As our AI-Powered Marketing VA, you will:

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Scrape and qualify leads for wholesale real estate investors and PI law firms
• Send cold-email and DM campaigns using Instantly.ai, LinkedIn, Facebook
• Monitor incoming replies and update our CRM pipelines (GoHighLevel, Notion)

AI-Driven Content Creation
• Use ChatGPT to draft emails, blog snippets, video scripts, ad copy, and SMS sequences
• Create graphics in Canva or similar tools for posts, ads, and lead magnets

Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and questions promptly
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-throughs) and report weekly
• Repurpose long-form content into reels, carousels, and short videos

CRM & Operations Support
• Maintain client dashboards, reporting templates, and daily checklists
• Assist with general admin tasks: calendar management, meeting notes, basic research
• Suggest process improvements and help document SOPs in Notion or Trello
Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Familiarity with ChatGPT, Canva, CRMs, and Google tools

Fast, reliable internet and backup power

Experience in real estate or legal services (bonus)
