We’re not just looking for a designer—we’re looking for someone who understands how to translate strategy into smart, intentional visuals. You should have a strong design instinct, a clean and elevated style, and a good grasp of what makes a brand feel cohesive across platforms.

This is a long-term opportunity with real creative ownership for the right person.

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Thinks in systems and brand cohesion—not just one-off visuals
Can design clean, strategic websites in Figma that flow and convert
Has an eye for hierarchy, spacing, and thoughtful layout
Can translate a concept into logo, palette, and full brand expression
Understands how branding lives across print, digital, and social
Loves designing decks, brochures, and pitch visuals that feel elevated
Wants to create original, polished, and emotionally aligned work
Can give or receive creative direction with ease
REQUIRED DESIGN SKILLS:

Figma (you should know how to structure web pages and systems)
Photoshop
Illustrator
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, spacing, and design hierarchy
BONUS POINTS FOR:
InDesign, After Effects, CapCut, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or any brand photography skills

Designing a brand identity based on creative direction
Laying out a homepage wireframe and UI design in Figma
Refreshing a brand’s visual language for digital and print
Designing packaging, brochures, or pitch decks
Collaborating on website direction with a strategist
Reviewing visual work and offering suggestions that elevate it
Creating systems that help a brand show up consistently
