We're Hiring – Remote Lead Generation Assistant | $200 Sign-On Bonus!

Hi! I’m Julian Tejeda, founder of Skyline Realty & Investments LLC, and we’re growing fast! I’m looking for a driven, sharp, and motivated Remote Lead Generation Assistant to join our real estate investment team. This is your chance to be part of a high-energy, supportive team with weekly pay, commissions, and a $200 sign-on bonus. What I’m Looking For:
We need someone with 2–4 years of experience in at least one of the following areas (Please do not apply if you don't have these!!):

Sales/BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)/Client relationship building/Rapport-based communication.

You should be confident reaching out to contacts via calls, texts, emails, and other channels to build relationships and generate qualified leads. Experience as a Virtual Assistant in a sales or marketing environment is a huge plus!

You must have:

A quiet, dedicated workspace, Strong internet connection, A commitment to reliability, attendance, and learning quickly.

Job Details:
Hours: 10AM – 4PM PST (California time)

Pay: $200/week + 2.5% commission per closed deal
(Average commission payout: $750 USD)

Sick Days: 2 paid sick days per quarter (8/year)

Paid 5-day training ($100 USD total), even if not hired you will still receive $100 USD.

If hired full-time after training, you’ll receive additional $100 sign-on bonus
