Part-Time Video Editor — Cinematic & Docu-Style Focus

I’m looking for a part-time video editor to support a range of projects, including:
• Weddings
• Documentaries
• Promotional and brand videos
• Real estate content
• Social media videos

The ideal candidate:
• Motivated, driven, and independent — you take initiative and stay on top of deadlines.
• A quick, efficient editor who delivers high-quality work without heavy supervision.
• Has a strong artistic eye and a genuine sense for crafting beautiful, creative, and authentic cinematic edits.
• Experienced in documentary-style storytelling, not just fast-paced social media content.
• Skilled at cutting to music, setting tone and emotion through rhythm and pacing.
• Proficient in color correction, graphics, and title creation with a solid sense of design.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet (and exceed) expectations.

What I’m NOT looking for:
• Someone who only edits vertical TikTok/Reels-style content.
• Editors who rely solely on templates without developing their own style.

Bonus if you:
• Have experience with wedding films, branded documentaries, and social-first cinematic edits.
• Are familiar with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics tools.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. Pay rate depends on experience and project scope.
