Job Responsibilities
Property Management (Core Hours)
• Oversee daily operations for 3–5 properties
• Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and maintenance
• Act as emergency contact for urgent issues
• Manage guest inquiries and bookings
• Help onboard new properties when needed
Cold Calling (Off Hours)
• Call homeowners using a set script
• Find owners open to renting or partnerships
• Log calls and forward warm leads
Additional Tasks (Off Hours)
• Record financials and generate income reports
• Maintain CRM with updated contact activity
• Research and source new homeowner leads

Minimum Requirements
1. Experience
• 3+ years in property oversight
• Proven success via referrals or history
• 1+ year in cold calling or sales preferred
2. Tech Skills
• Proficient in Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, etc.
• Skilled in Google Sheets/Gmail
• Comfortable with CRM tools
3. Legal Knowledge
• Understands short-term rental (STR) rules
• Knows how to research local STR laws
• Experience setting up Airbnb/VRBO stays
4. Leadership
• Can prioritize, meet deadlines, and delegate
• Experience managing teams and resolving issues
5. Communication
• Clear, professional English (near-native accent preferred)
• Skilled at conflict resolution and guest service
6. Other
• Valid passport/ID
• Reliable device + internet
• Quiet space for calls
