YouTube Shorts Editor & Uploader

Overview:
I’m launching a new YouTube automation channel and need a reliable, creative Shorts editor to help produce high-retention, fast-paced videos in the style of GainzSanity. The focus is currently on fitness, health hacks, and shocking performance facts — but may evolve over time.

Your job is to mimic the editing style, pacing, captions, energy, and structure used in GainzSanity videos like this:

Your Responsibilities:

Source your own raw footage (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Edit 30–60 second Shorts with:

Bold, punchy captions

Zooms, cuts, transitions

Viral SFX and audio layering

Strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds


Upload the finished videos to the YouTube channel (you will be added as an Editor in YouTube Studio)

Use SEO best practices to write optimized titles, descriptions, and tags

Mark the videos as Unlisted so I can review, schedule, and publish

Pay Structure:

$5 per video

Pay will increase as the channel starts to generate revenue and scale

Clean, fast, confident editing that feels native to YouTube Shorts

Someone who understands viral pacing and thumbnail psychology

Fluent in YouTube SEO (title/description/tag writing)

Good communicator with quick turnaround time

Willing to send one sample video before being hired
