JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
A San Francisco Bay Area company is seeking a full-time Senior Systems Administrator for the Finance department. The Finance Systems Administrator will work across Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Legal departments and will be a heavily relied on tea ---------- mber for all groups to function efficiently. This role will primarily be responsible for assisting with day-to-day finance administration as further detailed below.

Primary Responsibilities
• Managing boards and workflows on ----------
• Support tea ---------- mbers in various software (Box, Yardi, etc.)
• Organizing and filing documents
• Managing inboxes and promptly addressing service tickets and requests
• Maintaining our investor CRM
• Creating and updating various Excel models
• Assisting with departmental reporting
• Providing support on special projects, analyses, and other ad hoc duties as requested

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Finance, Math, Engineering, Accounting etc.)
• Have a certification of English C2(Advanced/Mastery) language knowledge test
• Must have a laptop or PC workstation with webcam and microphone
• Must have a reliable internet connection with internet speed at least 50 mbps
• Background screening is required before the probationary period is over
• Must have at least three years or more work experience
• Prior work experience with ---------- is preferred
• Prior real estate or private equity experience is a plus
• Must have experience managing CRMs or similarly complex databases; specific experience with Juniper Square, Ontra, or Yardi is a plus
• Must be highly experienced with MS Office including Powerpoint and advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, PowerBI)

Compensation
• $6-$7 USD per hour depending on your experience
