JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant (Generalist). The ideal candidate will excel in content management, community engagement, client reporting, and general support tasks while working closely with various stakeholders across marketing and editorial teams.

The Role:
Manage Content - Oversee Pending + Duplicate Events sections daily (training provided). Ensure Featured Venues are updated and accurate. QA event listings for broken links, missing or incorrect details
Community & Customer Support -Monitor and respond to the DTB community inbox. Handle basic user support (password resets, profile updates, FAQs, etc.)
Digital Content & Campaign - Manage giveaways: set up, choose winners, and send notification. Update homepage and evergreen user pages weekl. Curate timely editorial pages (e.g., "Cinco de Mayo Events", "Where to Watch the Super Bowl")
Client Reporting & Analytic - Prepare and send campaign recap reports with accurate metric. Run and troubleshoot Radmin reports in coordination with the DoStuff team
Additional Digital Marketing Task - Participate in ad hoc marketing tasks (training/guidance provided. Contribute ideas and insights for process improvement and content quality


The Requirements:
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or any user-friendly CMS (basic to intermediate)
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail – you catch the small stuff that others miss
Comfortable juggling multiple daily tasks based on urgency and priority

Nice to Have:
Background in events or event coordination
Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
Familiarity with ticketing services
Knowledge of content calendar tools
A genuine love for music, live events, and cultural happenings
Positive energy, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
