Shopify Product Listing – Long-Term

About the Role:
We’re a growing home decor lighting brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our remote team. You’ll handle product uploads from 1688, help with Klaviyo email flows, and assist with customer support. This is a long-term role with opportunities to learn and grow within a team of warm and friendly colleagues willing to share experiences and help each other improve. Flexible hours, but prefer full-time.

What You’ll Do:

1. Product Upload (Shopify) -main task for first two months

Upload lighting products from 1688

Create SEO-optimized titles and descriptions using ChatGPT

Embed 2+ images within the description

Include correct size, bulb type, and light source info

Ensure variant images match exactly

Use PhotoRoom or Pixelcut to resize/compress images

2. Customer Support (later)

Answer basic email inquiries /Process refund/return requests

Escalate complex issues to team lead

3. optional: Klaviyo Email Marketing (later)


What We’re Looking For:

Strong written English/Shopify experience required

Basic Klaviyo or email marketing experience preferred (not required)

Familiar with ChatGPT, image upscaler tools, and WeChat (Chinese speaking is a plus)

Willing to use DeskTime for time tracking, 5+ hours/day availability

Long-term mindset & eagerness to learn – our team is happy to train motivated applicants

Compensation:

-Starts at $1.50/hour- bonus applicable monthly

-Eligible for raise after 2 months, based on performance
