SimplifyEM Consultant - Job Description

Position Overview
A&N Property Management is seeking a skilled SimplifyEM consultant to provide ongoing support for their property management operations. This is a part-time, remote consulting position requiring specialized knowledge of the SimplifyEM property management software.

Client Details
Company: A&N Property Management
Portfolio: 2 properties with 43 total tenants
Current Status: Already implemented SimplifyEM but requires optimization
Time Requirement: 10 hours or less per month

Key Responsibilities

Lease Management
Set up and configure annual lease renewal processes
Create new lease templates and renewal documents
Implement automated renewal notifications and tracking
Maintain the current high tenant renewal rate (97%)

Tenant Administration
Configure and optimize tenant onboarding workflows
Set up new tenant profiles in SimplifyEM
Implement automated welcome communications
Configure tenant portals and payment systems as needed

Communication
Primarily communicate with tenants via SimplifyEM (only when necessary)
Establish effective tenant communication templates
Optimize automated messaging workflows
Provide occasional support for tenant SimplifyEM-related inquiries

Qualifications
Proven experience with SimplifyEM property management software
Strong understanding of rental property operations and lease management
Experience configuring automated workflows in property management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of SimplifyEM features and functionality
Understanding of lease document preparation and management
Experience with tenant data management and privacy compliance
Familiarity with property management reporting and analytics
Preferred Experience
Prior consulting experience with property management clients
Experience working with small to medium-sized residential property portfolios
Knowledge of relevant landlord-tenant regulations
Experience with tenant retention strategies

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience (USD)
Flexible, part-time arrangement (approximately a few hours per month)
