Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We're a New York-based DTC brand looking for a virtual assistant to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including research and data entry, scheduling, communicating with potential customers and influencers, some light design work in Figma, and some light management of Ad accounts on Meta and TikTok. We will provide detailed instructions via screen share for all tasks.

We post tasks on Notion and there is an expectation that all tasks will be started within 12 hours on weekdays.

This is a full time role. We will start with a 2 week paid trial period. In addition to the $650 p/m salary, we pay year-end bonuses to all employees based on performance.

It's a plus if you've previously worked with an ecommerce company and if you have experience using Figma, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools, but this is not required.
