WHO WE ARE
F8 is a technology consulting firm looking for a TIER 3 MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ANALYST with strong knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, Azure AD, and Teams to join their Networking Team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of Microsoft cloud environment administration experience and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests with speed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION
- 4-5 years' hands-on SharePoint/Azure AD/Teams administration experience.
- 5-7 years' hands-on Help Desk or Tech Support experience. Averaging 10+ tickets per day.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 (front and back) and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and GPO’s
- Knowledge of network hardware (Switches, Firewalls, RAID, etc..) and protocols (TCP/IP).
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2016/2019, and MAC variants.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing.
- Ticketing systems and RMM experience.
Preferred: Led SharePoint and Azure AD deployments. File Server to SharePoint migrations.
Preferred: MSP Experience
Preferred: CompTia Security+ or MS SC-200

WHAT YOU WOULD DO
- SharePoint and Azure AD administration, support, and configuration, including site creation, actively manage user identities and permissions, content management, and workflow configuration to ensure seamless integration and security between the two platforms
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech support with fast responses and documentation of your work.
- MS O65 administration, support, and configuration, including all facets of O365 capabilities and collaboration tools with a focus on Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Administer equipment, hardware and software upgrades.
- Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
- Develop and document hardware installation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to secure network products and services.
- Participate in IT projects, such as rollouts and location expansions.
- Available for on-call rotations to handle emergencies or critical system outages, including weekends as needed
