Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.
We have two priority hires currently that we need assistance sourcing – Legal Assistant and Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support a fast moving CEO who does a lot of speaking engagements and travel. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C level clients with the ability to respond quickly to logistical challenges, manage his calendar and appointments, and support to his client requests and leadership team inquiries as needed.
The legal assistant position will support law firm and provide administrative, research and data entry support. The ideal candidate will have had experience working with an attorney or a private investigator in the past.
This position is part time to start with opportunity to increase hours as acquire new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
o Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
o Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Screening & Interviewing:
o Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
o Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
o Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely feedback.
Job Postings & Advertising:
o Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and manage job listings on various platforms.
o Ensure job postings are aligned with company branding and values.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and specific skills needed for each role.
o Provide recommendations on candidate fit, compensation expectations, and market trends.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
o Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
o Facilitate the smooth transition of candidates through the hiring process, including pre-employment checks and onboarding.
Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring progress.
o Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, platforms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for specific industries or roles (e.g., tech, healthcare, engineering, etc.).
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding a plus.
