Maple Forest is a growing, dynamic, dedicated Pay Per Click (PPC) digital marketing agency based in London. Our focus is on creating and managing the very best digital marketing campaign strategies for clients of all sizes across varied sectors. Our expertise spans all paid/sponsored marketing channels with a particular focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Bing Ads, to name but a few.

We take a holistic approach to online marketing and utilise multiple tools and platforms to achieve the best results for our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Google Ads Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work across various accounts and will lead and be accountable for all Google Ads PPC activity for their specific clients, supported by a Senior Account Manager.

*** What the role involves ***

> Managing the day-to-day planning, strategy, execution and delivery of Google Ads campaigns

> Accurate Budget management and forecasting ability

> Proactively manage and optimise multiple campaigns for clients from various industries and report accurately on campaign performance

> Reporting to the Senior Account Manager daily and being a consistent source of knowledge in terms of client account performance

> Analyse campaign performance with regular data analysis, measure against client KPIs; and report on any trends

> Optimise campaigns/accounts for improved ROAS and CPA / CPL

> Monitor data sources for new trends and highlight relevant business growth opportunities

> Demonstrate understanding and implementation of tracking tags and work with system providers to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

> Responsible for ensuring all weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports for your clients are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

*** What skills will you need ***

- Passionate about Digital Marketing and keen to engage with the fast-changing world of Google Advertising and general digital marketing
- A proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients with multiple campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google tracking tag implementation and event tracking
- A creative mind that sees opportunity and can create compelling ad copy
- Understand different approaches for different KPI's and how best to achieve these within the specific marketing platforms
- Ability to prioritise and focus, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly analytical approach and ability to decipher stats and trends
- Good understanding of landing pages and Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-starter, able to work effectively in a small team
- Positive attitude, adaptable and thrives against challenges
- Reliable and dependable
- Calm and patient under pressure
- A creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Extremely well organised with a natural ability to deliver to continuous deadlines
- You can create marketing account strategies and implement them as required.
