Email Marketing Designer

Responsibilities:
* Design and build custom email templates tailored to brand and campaign needs.
* Develop responsive HTML email designs optimized for various devices and performance.
* Collaborate closely on designs using Figma to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experience.
* Ensure visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-converting email designs that engage customers.
* Work with the team to refine templates and rigorously test designs before implementation.

Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in HTML for email template creation.
* Expertise in Figma for collaborative design work (this is a MUST!).
* Keen attention to detail, creativity, and a strong eye for effective design.
* Proven experience designing email campaigns, templates, and automated flows.
* Knowledge of Klaviyo is a plus.

Additional Details:
* Ongoing work with a mid-to-long-term focus.
* A test task will be given after the initial interview as part of the hiring process.
