Full Spectrum Networks is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Network Support and MSP Systems Engineer to support and lead the ongoing development of our managed services platforms.
This role goes beyond traditional support work. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of platform improvement and automation within a modern managed service provider environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for client network environments across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
- Build, refine, and automate internal managed services systems and workflows
- Manage and integrate tools including:
- SyncroMSP (RMM and ticketing)
- Action1 (patch and vulnerability management)
- PRTG and SolarWinds (infrastructure monitoring)
- Synology (business backup systems)
- Manage our documentation platforms
- Support the development and administration of our custom inhouse documentation system
- Collaborate with our leadership team to document standards, improve operational workflows, and enhance internal tooling
Required Skills and Experience
- Cisco Certified (**minimum CCNA**, higher certifications advantageous)
- Proven experience in a managed services or network operations centre environment
- Strong understanding of remote monitoring and management tools and practices
- Competence in automation and systems integration within an MSP context
- Excellent written English, with the ability to produce and maintain high quality documentation
- Self directed and able to work effectively within a remote team
