JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We're a growing mental health and neurodiversity-focused brand looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help us build a meaningful, engaging presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You’ll work closely with our content writer, designer, and founder (a psychologist) to bring smart, supportive, and human-centered posts to life — with the goal of helping more people discover our ADHD and autism support services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and scheduling weekly content using tools
- Working with our team to publish engaging, value-led posts on ADHD, autism, coaching, and mental wellbeing
- Writing captions (or refining our copywriter’s drafts) to match our brand voice: friendly, smart, clear, a little self-aware
- Engaging with followers: replying to comments and DMs (with our guidance)
- Tracking post performance and sharing light insights (what’s resonating, what’s not)
- Bringing fresh ideas for growth and interaction — reels, polls, stories, carousels, etc.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience managing social media accounts for a healthcare brand
- Understand how to speak to a neurodivergent or mental health-aware audience with care and warmth
- Have a great eye for visual consistency and strong written communication
- Know your way around Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and tools like Canva, Buffer, and Notion
- Are organised and consistent — you can follow a weekly posting schedule and keep things moving

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in psychology, coaching, or healthcare
- Ability to edit short video clips or reels
- Light graphic design or Canva skills

Details:
- 10 hours/week
- $7–$10 USD/hour (based on experience)
- Flexible timezone; some crossover with UK hours preferred
- Start: ASAP
- Ongoing, part-time with potential to grow

How to Apply
To apply, please follow these steps:
Create a Google Drive folder and set the folder sharing settings to “Anyone with the link can view” and send the Google Drive link with:
- Your CV (PDF preferred)
- A short intro video (1–2 minutes)
Tell us about yourself, your social media experience, and why this role at a neurodivergent-friendly mental health brand interests you
- Portfolio or past work samples
Include links or screenshots of social accounts, captions, or campaigns you’ve managed (especially anything mental health, coaching, or values-led)
