e’re looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant who speaks fluent English with no noticeable accent, is confident calling leads, and knows how to set appointments and build workflows inside Go High Level.

You’ll be working with Iron Monk Fitness, a fast-growing premium gym in Melbourne, Australia. We’ve got leads coming in every day—your job is to turn those leads into booked consults, track them, and make sure nobody slips through the cracks.

This role is not for you if you need hand-holding. We want someone who can hit the ground running.

Requirements:
? Speaks excellent English – no strong accent
? Experience with Go High Level is a must
? Comfortable calling and speaking to leads (phone or Loom examples preferred)
? Sales, appointment setting, or fitness/gym marketing experience
? Tech-savvy – can follow SOPs or build them
? Good availability in Australian time zone (at least 3–4 hours overlap)
