Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Reverse Buyer Map & Lead Research Specialist)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build a powerful database of cash buyers and investor-flippers using PropStream, Zillow, and related tools.

Your primary task will be to extract and organize property data for recent investor activity in specific California ZIP codes (and possibly national markets). You’ll be helping construct the buyer-side infrastructure of a growing real estate investment operation.

Responsibilities:

- Use PropStream, PropertyRadar, Zillow, or public tools to extract buyer/investor data
- Identify cash transactions, LLCs, and known flips
- Tag “flip indicators” like price deltas or short hold time
- Perform manual skip tracing to identify contact info if available
- Organize clean, sortable Google Sheets or CSV output
- Provide weekly reports and transparent tracking of lead sets


What We’re Looking For

- Proficient with U.S. real estate data research
- Comfortable navigating PropStream, Zillow, TruePeopleSearch, etc.
- Knows how to verify investor activity vs retail purchases
- Highly organized, accurate, and accountable
- Able to meet deadlines without handholding
