Virtual Assistant

I am an employer based in United Kingdom. I am offering a long term permanent employment to someone who has the right mindset and attitude to work as my virtual assistant. I need someone proactive, sensible, organised, patient and easy to work with. I am looking for a 6-8 hours a day virtual assistant who can assist me with my business, work and family responsibilities. Below are the qualities I am looking for.

2. Accurate as much as possible
3. Has high integrity
4. Must have kind and friendly personality
5. Must be resourceful
6. An "ideas" person: I want someone who has the imagination and resourcefulness to come up with ideas that would make our work more efficient, organised and productive.
7. Someone who cares and has the attitude in wanting to help the business grow. Someone who has the attitude of going the extra mile when needed.
8. Someone who follows through and follow up. Some one who stays on top of every task even if I (the employer) doesn't. Some small tasks can can often fall through the cracks, but it is your task not to make this happen.
9. Someone who has the positive mental attitude to work well under pressure if the situation arise. Someone who will not make the difficult task more difficult by their negative attitude.
10. Highly organised: I need someone who has the ability to organize work flow. Someone who can work with me to be better organised.
11. Good communicator. Someone who knows how to listen and not afraid to ask questions if they don't understand. Someone who can also expressed themselves in a positive way to improve communication between employee and employer.
12. Someone who is available to work from 10 am to 4 or 6 pm UK time (6-8 hours work, negotiable)
13. Someone who is willing to learn new things but must already be computer literate. Someone who already has the basic knowledge to learn new application and software faster.
