Hi there! I'm Dr. Hannah Hamlin, a physician, certified functional medicine practitioner, and diabetes educator. I run a growing online business focused on health education, especially for people with Type 1 Diabetes. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized, streamline content creation, and grow my impact across platforms.

This is more than just admin work — I’m looking for a creative, tech-savvy right-hand person to help me bring my message to more people.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
????? YouTube & Descript

Upload and schedule weekly YouTube videos

Use Descript to edit video and audio content (cut filler words, add captions, polish up final files)

Create YouTube thumbnails (using Canva or similar)

Write engaging titles, tags, and SEO-optimized descriptions

Repurpose content clips for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

???? Kajabi Support

Build out email funnels and automations

Set up landing pages and product pages for digital courses and downloads

Upload and organize course content inside Kajabi

Set up lead magnets and opt-in forms

Schedule and format email campaigns/newsletters

????? Admin & Operations

Maintain an organized content calendar (YouTube, email, launches)

Track YouTube analytics and email performance

Manage project checklists and deadlines

Support basic customer service (answering FAQs via email or Kajabi)

Help with launching new offers (sales pages, tech set-up, countdowns, etc.)

???? Social Media Repurposing (Bonus but not required)

Clip highlights from YouTube for Instagram/TikTok/FB

Schedule posts with captions across platforms using scheduling tools

? Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with Kajabi, YouTube, and Descript

Familiar with email marketing, course setup, and video editing

Great with details — you catch typos, tech glitches, and broken links before they go live

Confident using Google Drive, Canva, Metricool (or similar tools)

Excellent written English and strong communication

Can manage deadlines independently and take initiative

Bonus: Familiar with health/wellness/online education industries

Starting at 5 hours/week, with flexibility to grow as we launch new projects. Hours are mostly flexible but some overlap with U.S. Central time is helpful.
