Real Estate Cold Caller

I'm looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate cold caller who is capable of identifying motivated sellers and is okay with working under pressure and handle rejection


We provide all agents with the following:

1. Leads
2. Mojo Dialer Account
3. Script
3. Basic training/Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Speak English CLEARLY
2. Working + Reliable Headset
3. Working + Reliable Computer
4. Working + Reliable WIRED Internet Connection
5. Working + Stable Electricity
6. Will work 40 Hours a week
7. Has prior experience in Real Estate telemarketing
8. Work in a quiet environment with NO background noise
9. Can follow instructions clearly
10. Consistently comes to work ON TIME
11. Will work from 1:00-9:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes paid lunch break daily)
12. Is able to fully understand and use the script provided
13. MUST BE OKAY WITH WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHERE OUTBOUND CALL VOLUME IS VERY HIGH

PAY STRUCTURE:
We offer Base Salary & Bonuses:
Base salary- $4.50 USD/ per hr (40 Hours/wk)
Bonus - Monthly performance bonuses
Note: We only pay using PayPal


Working Hours:
1:00-9:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes paid lunch breaks daily)
