Job Overview
We’re hiring an Account Manager to manage and support a portfolio of 20 client accounts.
You’ll be responsible for:
Applying to job opportunities on behalf of clients
Managing client communications via email and social media
Creating opportunities that lead to interviews and offers
Collaborating with internal teams to track progress and ensure consistent quality
Hitting weekly goals per client
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English (C2 proficiency required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
1+ year of experience in a commission-based role or repetitive tasks
Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, Trello, and LinkedIn
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Bonus: Based in or near Cebu City, as we’ll be opening an office there this year
Work Setup & Schedule
Remote work with flexible hours (8–11 hours/day on average, weekends off)
Must be available for occasional calls with U.S.-based managers
Weekly check-ins with team leads to review client performance and ensure quality
You’ll need a modern computer capable of handling 12+ browser windows or applications open at once, plus a stable internet connection (10mbps+ recommended)
Strongly preferred a desktop computer
Training & Onboarding
Training will take place 1 week before your contract officially starts and will last 2–3 days. We’ll walk you through our systems, SOPs, and strategies to set you up for success from day one.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base salary: ?28,000 PHP/month
Performance bonus: ?22,400 PHP for each client who lands a job
During your 3-month contract, you’ll manage at least 20 clients, giving you the opportunity to easily double your earnings through performance bonuses
Opportunities for Growth
