Full-Time Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are an e-commerce company specializing in Amazon sales. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Amazon VA to help us manage and optimize our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon listing creation, account management, customer support, product research and Amazon Ads management.

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon
• Monitor and update product information, images, and keywords
• Product research skills
• Handle customer support, including responding to inquiries and managing reviews
• Monitor account health and resolve issues or warnings
• Conduct product research to identify new opportunities
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and analyze ad performance
• Track sales performance and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and best practices
• Assist with order management and processing
• Collaborate with the team to improve listing performance and customer satisfaction
