Ad Designer (DTC Ecommerce) – Must Have AI Design Skills

Are you a static ad designer who knows how to create great designs and leveling up with AI tools to work smarter and faster?

We’re a high-performing US-based growth agency working with some of the top direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in the game. Our team blends strategy, data, and creativity—and we’re looking for a mid-to-senior-level ad designer who’s not just amazing at visuals, but also skilled in using AI to accelerate workflows, automate versioning, and improve ad performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Design high-performing static ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance creative output, generate variations, and ideate faster.
- Work closely with media buyers, and strategists to develop concepts that convert
- Analyze top-performing creatives and use that data to guide AI prompts and refine future designs.
- Push creative boundaries while still staying on-brand and performance-driven.

What We’re Looking For:
- A mid-to-senior level graphic designer with a track record of building digital ads that perform.
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or your design tool of choice.
- Confident using AI tools for ideation, mockups, batch creation, or visual enhancements.
- Knows what drives CTR and ROAS in DTC ecommerce ads.
- Comfortable with feedback and fast-paced iteration based on performance data.
- Able to work independently and remotely with proactive communication.
