Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate 20 qualified leads per week for potential retainer-based or project-based clients in the United States.
Target clients capable of spending $5,000 or more per month on retainer or $10,000 or more on project-based work.

Client Qualification:

Conduct thorough research to ensure leads are aligned with the agency’s services and financial thresholds.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and alignment with our offerings.

Outreach and Engagement:

Use online tools and strategies to reach decision-makers and establish initial connections.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up of leads.
Provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation for a marketing or advertising agency is required.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads that meet high-value thresholds.
Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, including services, trends, and client expectations.
Exceptional research and communication skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a high level of initiative.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar software for tracking and managing leads.
Knowledge of digital advertising, branding, and creative services to better qualify and engage prospects.
