We are seeking a highly skilled, credible, and engaging Product Trainer with a strong background in dermatology, skincare, or hair care to lead educational training sessions for a global audience. This role is critical in empowering sales teams, medical representatives, pharmacists, digital marketers, and other stakeholders with deep product knowledge, usage science, and positioning skills.
You will serve as the go-to expert on the science, ingredients, and therapeutic use of our advanced skincare and haircare ranges. You will deliver impactful virtual training sessions that educate, inspire, and boost confidence in product recommendation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging online training sessions (Zoom/Teams) to international audiences, including:
Medical reps and sales teams
Pharmacists and pharmacy retail staff
Digital and brand marketing teams
Distributors and clinic professionals
Customise training content to suit audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge and English fluency
Support product launches with detailed training on ingredients, mechanism of action, usage protocols, and positioning
Translate clinical/scientific product data into easy-to-understand, persuasive content
Coordinate training schedules across multiple time zones as required
Provide follow-up resources, assessments, and support for learning retention
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in dermatology and cosmetology
Required Qualifications & Skills
Medical, paramedical or dermal science qualification (e.g., Dermatologist, Dermal Clinician, Cosmetic Scientist, Pharmacist with skincare experience)
Minimum 3–5 years of training experience in skincare, haircare, or pharma-cosmeceuticals
Prior experience training sales reps, med reps, pharmacy teams, or brand/digital teams is essential
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Comfortable working with people whose first language is not English
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify technical content
Highly adaptable, patient, and culturally aware of international training norms
Proficient in digital tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Zoom, LMS platforms
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, or French
Experience with clinical or OTC cosmeceutical brands
Familiarity with international cosmetic regulations or therapeutic claims
