E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, updates, and descriptions on Shopify.

Process and fulfill orders using automated fulfillment apps (CJdropshipping, Printful, Auto-DS).

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer support.

Assist with inventory management, ensuring product availability and accuracy.

Regularly update and maintain website content.

Handle basic social media updates and engagement.

Assist in creating engaging email marketing campaigns (Shopify email, Mailchimp).

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience managing an e-commerce store (Shopify experience highly preferred).

Familiarity with dropshipping platforms like CJdropshipping or Printful.

Excellent written communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Experience with tools like Slack, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
