Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Client Success & Onboarding Virtual Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients after they sign up. You’ll guide them through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and ensure they feel supported and informed.

Daily Tasks Will Include:
• Replying to client messages inside our credit repair portal
• Assisting new clients with uploading their reports, ID, and completing all onboarding steps
• Following up with inactive clients to ensure completion of onboarding
• Ensuring all clients get a smooth and timely start
• Updating internal records in our CRM
• Escalating any technical issues to our internal team
• Providing a friendly, professional, and efficient client experience

Requirements:
• Excellent written English skills (You must sound fluent and professional)
• Experience in customer service or support roles (credit repair industry experience is a BIG plus)
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Proactive and detail-oriented – you double check your work
• Fast learner and tech-savvy (You’ll be using client management tools daily)
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and responsive
