Motion Graphic Designer Needed (long term-position, Bonus included)

This is a full-time, long-term position. Bonuses and PTO included!

Working hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Los Angeles time (the hours are strict and not negotiable)

Looking for an excellent video editor and graphic designer. If you have C2-level English ability, then please apply! Even if you don't have a writing background, you still might be great for this position!

About the role:

What You’ll Do:
• Edit short-form and long-form video content (YouTube, social, promos, explainers, etc.)
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design to enhance storytelling
• Create supporting visual assets: thumbnails, lower thirds, title cards, simple animations
• Collaborate closely with the creative team on direction, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
