JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team with expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

Create high-quality 2D floor layouts, ensuring practical and design-conscious space planning.

Develop 3D models and renderings that visually communicate design intent and support planning/marketing processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cost estimation across varied building types.

Proficiency in industry-standard software for 2D drafting (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D modelling/rendering (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar).

Access to a computer system capable of handling 3D rendering and modelling tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Canva, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong graphic sense and layout skills
- Experience with cost estimation / QS work is a huge plus
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Software for plans, 2D and 3D modelling, rendering, and takeoffs such as AutoCAD & Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam & Planswift, Sketchup, Lumion

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in UK property market or construction
- Background in architecture, engineering or real estate,
- Familiarity with google drive

Programmes:
Should be excellent at 2D/3D modelling using AutoCAD or Revit, sketch to create floor plans, design layouts, planning drawings etc.
Should be excellent at Lumion or alternative


Working Hours:
- Full-time
- 3 month probation period
- Must have some overlap with UK business hours
- Flexible schedule, but availability for regular check-ins and updates is required
- Training Period: Expect weekend and graveyard shifts during initial training phase
- The role starts with structured training, implementation of tasks, review sessions, and ongoing development
- As confidence and skills grow, the role will shift to more independent work with periodic direction and review touchpoints


Pay Details:
$4 per hour
Paid every two weeks
1 week Christmas bonus, paid on Dec 1st
