About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to take ownership of our invoicing and day-to-day bookkeeping inside QuickBooks Online. This role is critical to our operational health: you’ll ensure our invoices go out on time, our books are clean, and our financial data is accurate and ready for reporting.

We are looking for someone who has real-world experience managing books, and who understands how to navigate QuickBooks confidently. You’ll be collaborating directly with the CEO and, during onboarding, working alongside our CPA consultant to clean up and stabilize our systems.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Invoicing
- Bookkeeping & Cleanup
- Reconcile transactions and categorize expenses in QuickBooks
- Maintain a clean chart of accounts (with initial support from our CPA)
- Generate basic monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet) for review

Job requirements:
- Have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Are fluent with QuickBooks Online (certified is a plus, not required)
- Can work independently and follow structured processes
- Have strong attention to detail and can spot financial inconsistencies
- Are comfortable working part-time but reliably (you will have fixed hours)
- Bonus: Familiar with Profit First, worked in creator or agency-style businesses
