Sales Specialist – K–8 Education
Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred)

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist with a passion for education, a talent for connecting with school decision-makers, and the drive to close impactful deals. What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to close—for K–8 schools, districts, and education professionals.
- Develop strategic territory plans using regional trends and analytics to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including administrators, counselors, SEL leaders, and district decision-makers.
- Partner with Sales Operations to build and execute outbound campaigns that drive interest and conversions.
- Book and lead compelling product demos that align GrowthMinded’s offerings with school and district SEL priorities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logging in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and lead-generation strategies.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, curriculum, or professional development services.
- A strong understanding of K–8 education, especially frameworks like SEL, MTSS, or school counseling.
- Proven experience selling to schools and districts, with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence on Zoom—comfortable presenting to both individual educators and district teams with clarity and persuasion.
- Proficiency in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with executive-level education leaders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms—HubSpot is a plus.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ops teams.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a self-starter attitude—comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education—or equivalent professional experience.
