Podcast Video/Audior Editor

I am looking for someone to help me in the post-production of my raw files for my podacst.
It requires both video and audio editing to sync together and make a good story-telling episode.
I would need full-length video edited for Youtube, as well as 2 clips per episode for TikTok and IG reels.
There is a total of 10 episodes to edit across several months.
