As consumer search behavior shifts from traditional Google queries to AI-powered answers (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, etc.), we are looking for a sharp, proactive AI Visibility & SEO Specialist to future-proof our content and product visibility.

Role Overview
You will lead the strategy and implementation of our SEO and AI visibility efforts. Your work will ensure Glow appears not just in Google search results—but also within AI-generated answers, recommendation engines, and new forms of discovery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an AI-first SEO strategy to ensure Glow is cited, featured, and linked in AI search tools (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

Conduct keyword and topic research aligned with conversational, long-tail, and intent-based queries

Implement and manage schema markup (FAQ, Product, MedicalCondition, etc.)

Optimize existing and new content for AI parsing (clear headers, answer boxes, bullet summaries)

Oversee technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, mobile performance, page speed, etc.

Create AI-friendly blog posts, guides, and product descriptions

Manage and update our presence in Google Merchant Center, Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools

Build backlink strategies with trusted, high-authority domains in the health and wellness space

Track emerging AI search platforms and adjust strategy based on changes in algorithms and visibility

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in SEO and content optimization, ideally for DTC or wellness brands

Strong grasp of AI-driven search evolution and how to adapt content for LLMs

Proven experience with schema markup, structured data, and rich results

Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent

Familiarity with Google SGE, ChatGPT plugins/browsing, or Perplexity is a strong plus

Exceptional written communication and ability to collaborate with creative/content teams

Bonus: Experience with Shopify and health-related products
