Compensation:
- € 2,50/~155PHP a hour first two weeks (Trail period)
- € 3,00/~185PHP a hour after the trail period

To elevate our brand presence across social media and digital platforms, we are looking for a creative powerhouse who can bring our vision to life with high-quality visuals and engaging content.

Do you love crafting scroll-stopping creatives, social media content, and ad visuals? Are you skilled in Canva, CapCut, and creative strategies? If so, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging ad creatives (static & video) optimized for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Develop social media content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic, including, editorial-style images, and reels.
- Edit short-form video content for ads, organic posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Spot trends in questions or complaints and suggest improvements to the team
- Collaborate with the team to understand what is working to improve the creative performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, viral content formats, and best practices for ad creatives.

Requirements:
- Availability on Saturday
- Proven experience in Canva and CapCut.
- Understanding of branding, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Experience creating social media ads (Meta, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce & digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong eye for design, layout, and color coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
