JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8PM to 4AM EST

DO NOT APPLY IF:

- You rely on lead lists, Facebook groups, or recycled leads
- You can’t fully commit to our schedule or follow detailed SOPs

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Keepa and doing product research
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable home internet (Cloudflare Speed Test screenshot required)
- Strong sourcing skills using Keepa, SAS, and SmartScout
- Ability to work solo and follow detailed SOPs
- Time Doctor must be installed (entire shift monitored)
- NDA, employment contract, and two forms of ID required after hire

2. Walk me through your typical sourcing process. How do you identify leads that are likely to convert into purchases?
3. What are some red flags you watch out for when checking brand restrictions or competition on a listing?
4. How do you determine whether a listing is safe to sell on? What factors or tools do you check?
5. Tell me about a time when you submitted a lead that didn’t perform well. What did you learn from it?
6. How do you verify if a brand is Private Label or problematic before submitting it?
7. What is your sourcing strategy for finding replenishable, fast-moving ASINs?
8. How do you stay focused and consistent when sourcing for long periods?
9. Why did you leave your previous Amazon seller, or why are you looking for a new opportunity?
