**** Contract-Based | Project-Based

We are a U.S.-based company providing services to government organizations across the globe. We are urgently hiring a highly professional, articulate, and friendly Recruiter / Interviewer based in the Philippines for a time-sensitive project.

-You have excellent English communication skills
-You have experience in recruitment and interviewing

**** Work Schedule:
-General Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time)
-Flexibility is required – tasks will extend outside regular hours and on weekends depending on project needs

**** Responsibilities:
-Contact candidates and schedule interviews
-Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate suitability
-Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries
-Maintain tracking sheets, notes, and records of interactions
-Coordinate with internal teams regarding candidate progress
-General administrative tasks

****Qualifications:

-Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, HR, or administrative roles
-Excellent spoken and written English – confident and clear communicator
-Strong interpersonal skills – friendly, professional, and intuitive
-Comfortable with online research and communication tools
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
-Strong organizational skills – able to track and follow up on tasks
-Self-starter with a "get-things-done" attitude
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
