- Launch, manage, and optimize FB and IG campaigns with full ownership of results.
- Communicate clearly and consistently so the team always knows what’s going on.
- Come up with fresh front-end strategies — new angles, creatives, offers, and copy ideas.
- Set up new clients inside our systems.
- Create and refine SOPs and systems — we move fast, and your work should be structured and scalable.
- Eventually help find, train, and lead new media buyers as we grow the team.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly — whether it’s Meta, GoHighLevel, or other tools we use.

- Perfect spoken & written English.
- Amazing communication skills.
- Experience running Facebook ads.
- Some GoHighLevel experience.
- Fast learner. If you're a slow learner, this isn't for you.
- Complete autonomy. You are expected to use Google, ChatGPT, and help forums to learn how to master the tools we use.
