We are an eCommerce company looking for a Virtual Assistant. This is not just the usual Virtual Assistant job, we are looking for someone that would also enjoy contributing ideas, learn about startups and eCommerce and share their thoughts while doing their job.
Requirements:
- Excellent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)
- Passionate about eCommerce and Social Media
- Tech-comfortable, can use Google spreadsheet, Asana, Canva, Dropbox & Microsoft Excel as well as SaaS & online tools with no problem.
- Experienced with Shopify and eCommerce in general
- Willing to research and learn about technical products such as weather stations.
- Love CHECKLISTS
- Good with Research and data Mining.
- Passioned about Planning & Project Management
- You Really Enjoy Social Media, Planning, Marketing and Sales
- Detail oriented can follow the instructions.
- Proactive doesn't stop where the instructions end, will keep adding value to his/her position.
- Can be flexible when needed
- Have high-speed internet connection
- Have personal computer with webcam
- A quick learner, willing to be trained, excited and good at learning new things, not afraid to ask questions!
- Available to work 10 hours in the beginning and then go up to 20 hours
- Willingness to commit for long-term (We want you to be with us as long as we keep growing!)
- NOTE: If you're a super free-spirited person, dislikes structure/authority, and you prefer clutter to order (just look at your desk right now), this position probably won't work for you. Loving to follow *and* create checklists is crucial for this role.

DETAILS
Timeline: starting in 2 weeks.
Hours: between 10 - 20 hours per week to begin with.
Must work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
