We’re looking for a reliable and professional Credit Repair Assistant to help support our clients through their credit restoration journey. You’ll be the main point of contact for client communication — responding to messages, handling concerns, and offering clear guidance during monthly check-ins.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, has great communication skills, and is comfortable jumping on the phone when needed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all client messages in a timely and professional manner
Handle any concerns or questions about credit repair services
Join client calls when needed to provide support or explain credit updates
Conduct monthly review calls to walk clients through their progress and suggest actions they can take
Maintain clear records of communication and updates in our CRM system
Perform additional admin or follow-up tasks as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable making and receiving calls
Basic understanding of credit reports and credit repair (we can train)
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Organized, responsive, and dependable
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with credit repair, financial services, or virtual assistant roles
Familiar with tools like Slack, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace
