About Us

HKDUB Coaching runs the Cortisol Reset Method, a 12-week 1:1 coaching program helping women over 35 regulate their nervous system, rebuild strength, and reset their metabolism — without the "push through" burnout mentality. We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a detail-obsessed, self-directed VA to help us run the backend of the business so our clients get a seamless, high-touch experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing internal and external client communications (check-ins, reminders, follow-ups)
- Creating client-facing resources (guides, protocols, welcome materials) from provided templates and brand guidelines
- Editing Instagram content — Reels, carousels, and talking-head videos — for a consistent, on-brand feed
- Updating and maintaining CRM pipelines and trackers so nothing falls through the cracks
- Navigating and managing tasks inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnels, pipelines, automations, calendars
- Flagging issues, gaps, or client drop-off before they become problems — without being told to look for them
- Other administrative and organizational support as needed


Who We're Looking For


- Extremely detail-oriented. You catch typos, wrong dates, and inconsistencies before they go out — every time.
- A genuine self-starter. You don't wait to be told what's next; you notice what needs doing and do it.
- Organized and systems-minded. You can juggle multiple client threads, deadlines, and trackers without dropping anything.
- Comfortable with CRM/project tools — experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus, but not required if you're a fast learner.
- Some experience editing short-form video/social content (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Strong written English with the ability to match a warm, direct, non-clinical brand voice.
- Prior experience supporting a coaching, wellness, fitness, or online course-based business is a plus.
