Automation Specialist

Our company specializes in AI-driven marketing solutions designed to empower beauty educators and service providers. We are looking for a part-time Automation Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate will also be proficient in automation tools like Zapier and/or Make. Familiarity with creating and optimizing paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows in GoHighLevel.

Set up integrations using Zapier and/or Make to ensure smooth, automated operations between various platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline client processes and enhance client experience.

Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining existing automation setups.

(Bonus) Support paid media campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization on Facebook and Instagram.
