Proposal Preparation, Data Entry & Basic SEO Audit Assistant

Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with creating client proposals, conducting preliminary SEO audits, performing keyword research, and handling data entry tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and eager to grow with our team, ensuring consistency and high standards in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare client proposals with attention to formatting and clarity.
Conduct preliminary SEO audits. (Content, On-site, and Off-site - able to review and find areas for improvement, etc)
Perform basic keyword research.
Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Write engaging content on LinkedIn to promote updates, industry expertise and personal brand.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Timezone: Must have working hours that overlap with the US CST timezone (morning through afternoon preferred).
Communication: Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills. Must be available for daily Zoom video calls.
Attention to Detail: High standards for consistency, formatting, and accuracy.
VPN Access: Some tools may need US-based logins.
Coachability: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and improve.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with basic SEO principles and keyword research.
