Motiv/Graphic for T-Shirt

Good day everybody
 
I am searching for somebody who could create a graphic, which should be used as a motiv for a T-Shirt.
 
Basis for this graphic are attached photos. I cant attached Fotos in this Membership I try to explain the best. Someone is putting his hánds over his eyes like a glasses.

On the shirt, the arms and hands in Front of the eye should be in the foreground. This is an regional known symbolic which should be midpoint of the grafic. the Most important thing is the symbolic
The face should be in the background but, very important, the face is not allowed to be recognized.
The face and the red and White shirt “which the man ist wearing” must be drawn in shadows or in a lower perspectiv or something like that so that you can imagine who this person is, but don´t really see or recognize him.
 
 
Below this grafic the must be the Name in a nice and to the graphic depending cool writing "MODESTE".
Within the first letter „M“ there should be a writing vertical „I´m a“ but Really really small.
 
There are different ways and grafic methods to draw the motiv/grafic.
